Terms of Service — GorillaSkills

GorillaSkills™ ("the Service") is owned and operated by Farrington Development LLC ("we," "us"). By using GorillaSkills.com, purchasing a subscription, certification, or bootcamp seat, or accessing any training content, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

GorillaSkills provides educational content: AI skills training, workflows, templates, certifications, and related materials. Content is provided for your own learning and business use. We update, add, and retire content on an ongoing basis.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Subscriptions (such as the Member Library and Skill Pack All-Access) bill monthly through our payment processor, Stripe, until canceled.
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
We may change subscription pricing with notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

3. Pre-orders and one-time purchases

Certification pre-orders are charged at the founding rate shown at purchase and grant access to the certification when it launches. If we cancel a pre-ordered certification, you receive a full refund. Bootcamp seats are reserved for the stated cohort; if a cohort is rescheduled you may keep your seat or request a refund.

4. Refunds

If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days at hello@gorillaskills.com and we will make it right — a fix, a credit, or a refund. Chronic refund abuse may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual property

All training content, templates, branding, and the GorillaSkills name and mascot are the property of Farrington Development LLC. You may use templates and workflows in your own business and for your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the training content itself, or represent it as your own, without a written license (see the Licensed Portal program).

6. Certifications

GorillaSkills certifications reflect a graded assessment of specific practical skills at the time of the assessment. They are not accredited academic credentials and carry no guarantee of employment or income.

7. No guarantees; not professional advice

We teach skills that can be used to earn income. We do not and cannot guarantee results, revenue, or employment. Content is educational and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Your use of AI tools must comply with those tools' terms and with applicable laws.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk downloading of content, no sharing paid access, no using the Service to build a competing library from our materials, and no unlawful use of any skill or workflow we teach.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farrington Development LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The Service is provided "as is."
