Privacy Policy — GorillaSkills

This policy explains what GorillaSkills™, a service of Farrington Development LLC, collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we do not sell your data, and payments are handled by Stripe so we never see your card number.

What we collect

Email and name when you subscribe, join, or contact us — used to deliver what you asked for and send the emails you signed up for.
Purchase information (what you bought, when, and your billing status) from our payment processor. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
Basic usage data (pages visited, approximate location from IP) via our hosting provider's standard logs, used for security and to understand what content is useful.

How we use it

Delivering purchases, subscriptions, and certifications.
Sending the newsletter and product updates you opted into. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
Responding to support and contact requests.
Improving the training content and the site.

Who we share it with

Only the processors required to operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes your data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message.
Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@gorillaskills.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cancel subscriptions at any time; billing data is retained as required for tax and accounting.

Cookies

The site itself is largely cookie-free. Stripe sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Children

GorillaSkills is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
